1. Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled adventure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

2. Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled adventure will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

3. No-Shows:
In the event of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

Inclement Weather Policy:
In the event of inclement weather, the safety of our guests is our top priority. If we deem the conditions unsafe for the scheduled adventure, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of any cancellations. Please ensure that we have your current contact information to reach you promptly. We will make every effort to reschedule your tour according to your stay and our availability.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule your tour, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and our cancellation policy.
